Welcome students!

As a community event & organization, the Springfield Old Capitol Art Fair strives to inspire and involve art students who live in Sangamon County and surrounding communities. We sponsor a student art contest and portfolio awards each year and recognize students at many levels. Please take a look around!

Student Poster Contest – Now accepting applications from Sangamon County Student Artists, Grade 6 – 12. Submit your application through this online form.

Senior Portfolio Contest – Open to Sangamon County Senior Students expecting to graduate Spring 2025.
